Return & Refund Policy
At Kibbutz Group, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our Refund and Exchange Policy carefully. Once goods have been delivered, they are not eligible for return. However, if you receive a product that is defective, expired, or does not match your order, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement, free of charge. Please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of the product in our inventory.
Exceptions and Conditions
- Product Condition: All items eligible for exchange must be unused and in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact. Items that have been tampered with, broken, or used will not be accepted for exchange.
- Serviceable Area: Exchanges are only available if your location is serviceable by our logistics team.
- Associated Gifts/Offers: If your purchase included a free gift or promotional item, the value of the refund or replacement may be adjusted until we receive the free item(s) in satisfactory condition.
- Self-Shipped Returns: If you choose to return an item by shipping it yourself, please ensure it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service for self-shipped returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, such as seeds and flowers, cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or damaged.

Proof of Purchase
