Shipping Policy
Delivery of Products
At Kibbutz Group, we aim to deliver your purchases swiftly and securely. Products are shipped from our own facilities or third-party warehouses and offices located across India. Depending on your delivery address, our goal is to have your order delivered within 4-7 business days after the order and payment are confirmed.
Deliveries are typically handled by our in-house team or partnered courier services, including postal services, and are conducted between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Kibbutz Group is not responsible for goods signed by anyone other than the designated recipient as specified during the order process. We also cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses provided at the time of order placement.
Once the product is delivered, Kibbutz Group is not responsible for any damage to the products. If there are any claims for shortages or damages, these must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery via the “Contact Us” page on our website. Additionally, any shortages should be noted on the Proof of Delivery and signed by the recipient before returning it to the delivery person.
If your order status shows as “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do so may prevent us from addressing your concern.
Delivery Charges
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on various factors such as the product type, packaging requirements, size, volume, and destination. These charges will be displayed at checkout, ensuring you are aware of the costs before making your payment.
